Regarding on MS C#.Net Developer -> "2 Years work experience as developer (any)". Does this mean that it is not required to be an MS C#. Net expert?

Sorry for the late reply, ive been off the grid for almost two weeks.
Yep, expert C# skill not required, it will probably hard for 'experts' to cope with the job because we do a lot of stuff in other language/platform including open source.
